  On a whole, my experience with the CVS Drugstore chain has been very positive. But this particular store is one of the worst drugstores I have experienced and I am now 60 years old. About 8 out of the 10 times a delivery was to be made, they said there was a mix up and the delivery was not sent out. Instead of apologizing and sending the delivery person out again, the response was in every case, we deliver to your community again in several days. My 93 year old mother-in-law needs her medications and often cannot wait. In talking to several other people who use this location because it is convenient as well as the medical clinic, this is the norm rather than the exception for the Jamestown Rd store. There have also been several mistakes in medications that were delivered. I will try a different location, and if the service is not better, I will change from CVS entirely.
