  When I asked the return policy, the staff said "Returns with receipt and unopened, unused fragrance". I said "Ok, give me a paper strip with the scent so my husband can tell if he likes it without opening it." Said NOTHING about an exchange only/store credit policy. Took it home, husband didn't like it so we DID NOT OPEN IT and he took it back. The smart alec at the desk held up the receipt, flicked the bottom of it where the exchange policy is stated. He smirked and LAUGHED in my husband's face and said "It's EXCHANGE ONLY with receipt and unopened item". Took GREAT PLEASURE in duping us even though I specifically asked about the return policy. What a jerk. Zero stars for customer service. Zero stars for pricing as well. Found out their items are about 20% more expensive than Amazon.
