  I am one of the sewing educators at the store and I am thoroughly enjoying working along with Brian. He has improved both the look and service in the store immeasurably. Brian is always pleasant, polite and is wonderful with customers. His turn around time for repairs is prompt and he will talk with people honestly about what their options might be when undertaking the work. I will bring my own machines to him when they need repairing as I trust his technical expertise and his integrity.

  A new breeze has blown into the Sew Vac in Williamsburg! I went in this week and was pleasantly surprised to see an open, friendly, organized, and well stocked sewing and vacuum shop. under new management the staff was very friendly and helpful, I was told about their upcoming Open House where I can sign up for classes and meet fellow sewing enthusiasts. I will definitely be signing up for a class or three 'lol' and look forward to being welcomed back to their store!
